Borélio was founded in 1930 and is now owned by the founder's grandson, Alain Fache. The Borélio factory was initially located in Belgium. In the 1990s, the factory moved to Romania. The factory is still located here today.
Borélio carries fabrics from the best weaving mills in the world. These include: Vitale Barberis Canonico, Pontoglio, Brisbane, Larusmiani, Solbiati, Subalpino, Candiani, Ulster, Di Sondrio etc. It is not only the fabric that determines the quality of a garment, but also the details such as buttons and zippers. For this reason, Borélio also works with the best manufacturers in the industry. For our MTM and MTO knitting program, Borélio works with the best Italian yarn manufacturers. Zegna Baruffa and Chiavazza are examples of exclusive collaborations.
