1. Delivery

1.1 Your order will be shipped via Deutsche Post, DHL, DHL Express, UPS.

1.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom

1.3 Unless otherwise agreed, goods delivered by a shipping company shall be delivered "free kerbside," i.e., to the public kerbside closest to the delivery address.

2. Shipping costs

2.1 For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of EUR 4.95 per order. For shipping to German islands, an island surcharge of EUR 30.99 applies.

2.2 If pickup has been agreed, the seller will inform the customer that the goods they have ordered are ready for pickup. After receiving this email, the customer can pick up the goods at the seller's premises or at an agreed location after consultation with the seller. In this case, there are no shipping costs.

2.3 For cash on delivery payments, a cash on delivery surcharge of EUR 4.40 will be applied.

2.5 In the case of cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g., in the case of intra-Community acquisitions) and/or duties, such as customs duties, may apply. These are to be borne by you.

This option is only available to consumers. Payment must always be made to Klarna.
