The process begins with a personal consultation, during which we get to know your preferences and expectations: In a relaxed atmosphere, you’ll choose from an exclusive selection of high-quality fabrics and designs. Your custom-made shirt will thus become a unique garment that perfectly reflects your style.
Once you’ve made your decision, we’ll take precise measurements to create a custom-made shirt that meets the highest standards of fit and comfort. As soon as your shirt is ready, we’ll schedule a fitting where we’ll check the fit together and make any final adjustments if necessary.

Albini — Italy’s shirting fabric since 1876
The Albini Group is Europe’s leading manufacturer of exclusive shirting fabrics and has been the epitome of Italian textile craftsmanship for 150 years. Founded in Bergamo in 1876, Albini continues to weave in Lombardy to this day—using state-of-the-art looms and the expertise of five generations.
The collection includes classic Oxford and poplin fabrics, fine voile fabrics, elastic stretch cotton fabrics, and linen-cotton blends. All fabrics are woven from Egyptian long-staple cotton—ensuring exceptional softness, vibrant colors, and durability even after many washes.
Thomas Mason — since 1796
Thomas Mason is one of the oldest shirting mills in the world and is now part of the Albini Group. Founded in 1796 in Lancashire, England, Thomas Mason embodies the art of British shirting: distinctive colors, bold patterns, and the finest thread counts, which are second to none.
The fabrics are double-twisted—resulting in a particularly even, smooth surface with a subtle sheen that gives the shirt an elegant look. Typical of Thomas Mason: wide stripes, classic houndstooth patterns, and delicate checks in a color palette ranging from understated blue to bold burgundy.
Not all cotton is the same
The quality of a made-to-measure shirt is determined even before weaving—by the fiber itself. The length, fineness, and uniformity of the cotton fiber determine how soft, lustrous, and durable the finished fabric will be. Thomas Mason and Albini use only the finest cotton in the world.
Sea Island Cotton
The best of the best. Grown in Antigua, Jamaica, and Barbados—with an annual global yield of just 90 to 160 bales. That amounts to 0.006 percent of global cotton production.
Giza 45
The “Queen of Cotton.” Only 90 bales of this variety are harvested worldwide each year. Exceptionally uniform fibers with a fineness of just 2.95 micrometers—barely measurable, but noticeable.
Egyptian cotton
Grown in a small region in the eastern Nile Delta and hand-picked. Long fibers ensure better spinnability, greater yarn stability, and less tendency to wrinkle—the foundation of high-quality shirts worldwide.
Supima
American long-staple cotton, 93% of which is grown in California’s San Joaquin Valley. With a fiber diameter twice as thick as other varieties, it is exceptionally durable. Ideal for white shirts.
