'Barolo' gilt als der König der italienischen Weine - gezogen aus den Nebbiolo-Trauben der Langhe-Hügel im Piemont, gereift in dunklen Kellern, tief in seiner Farbe und unverkennbar in seinem Charakter. Genau dieses Bordeauxrot, dieser Ton zwischen Dunkelrot und Burgunder, gab dieser Krawatte ihren Namen. 'Blu' steht für die zarten blauen Blütenmedaillons, die wie ein feiner Schluck Frische darüber gelegt sind. Kein Wunder also, dass sie sich am wohlsten fühlt, wenn der Abend beginnt und der Wein eingeschenkt wird.
